Consignment Heaven Policies

Commission

Our selling commission rate varies depending on the type of item. For furniture, the commission is 45%, giving 55% to the client. On other items, the commission is 40%, giving 60% to the client.

Policies

We offer a 100-day contract. The sale price is non-negotiable after being placed on an item. However, we do have standard markdowns of 25% at both 45 and 90 days. We sell the great majority of items within the first 45 days of consignment.

If you have photos of your items, email them to us and we will supply estimates of what the items should sell for. If you have several items, we are happy to make an appointment to personally examine and give you prices. We are also happy to receive photos through the mail or you may bring them into the store.
